Brooke will lead you through a meditation and active breath work with aromatherapy and sound to allow you to release stuck emotions and become centered and grounded in your womb space. Breathwork is an active meditation that allows you to release somatic holding while occupying the mind so that you are better able to access your intuition and subconscious mind. It often leaves you feeling clear and open.
